Scottish case

What it is

A decision of a Scottish court.

How to cite it

Cited under r 8.5. A Scottish law report never takes a square-bracket year (r 8.5.1(a)), though a Scottish neutral citation does, because a neutral citation is not a law report.

Example citation

Musaj v Secretary of State for the Home Department 2004 SLT 623 (OH).
