Work referred to in another work

What it is

A source you know only through another source that quotes or cites it.

How to cite it

Both citations are given in full, joined by "as cited in" (r 6.9). Where you can get hold of the original, cite the original. Pincite builds this through the Citation Crafter rather than as a single source type.
